1. Eligibility and Invitations

The Strum 2026 is an invitation-only event intended for senior leaders in healthcare and pain management. Invitations are non-transferable without prior written approval.

2. Registration and Attendance

Submitting an RSVP constitutes a request for attendance and is subject to confirmation by the organizers. The organizers may refuse or revoke access at their discretion to maintain event integrity and security.

3. Code of Conduct

Attendees agree to professional conduct, compliance with venue rules, and respect for privacy. Harassment, solicitation without consent, or disruption may result in removal without refund.

4. Media, Recording, and Privacy

Photography and recording may occur. By attending, you consent to reasonable use of your likeness in event materials unless you opt out in writing prior to the event. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

5. Program Changes

Speakers, programming, and amenities are subject to change. The organizers are not liable for incidental costs due to schedule adjustments.

6. Health and Safety

Attendees must comply with applicable health and safety requirements. If you are unwell, notify the organizers and refrain from attending.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, or utility outages.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the event and venue assume no responsibility for personal property or incidental damages. Attendance is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
